Commercial usage is allowed under the following conditions

To use for a public website
Using my brushes for a public website does require credit somewhere on the page. The credit must be visible and must acknowledge one or more of three things:

- My real first and last name.
- Link back to this website.
- The brush set that was used.

Things that would qualify as using for a public website:
- Banners
- Template images
- Promotional material

Things that would NOT qualify as using for a public website:
- Signatures
- Avatars
- Other artwork not relating to the site in question.

For those who do not wish to show usage
If you do not want to show that you have used my brushes with a link, author name, etc. for various reasons, then i kindly ask that you make a payment of $15 USD to asmaamurad@gmail.com on Paypal as a copyright removal.

To host on another public/private website
This is for sites that want to host my brushes for downwload on their websites.
If you would like to have my brush sets available for download, here is what i require:

- An unedited (With the exception of cropping) preview of the brush set in question.
- The name i have given to the brush set
- An unedited downloadable brush pack. (The pack should not have any brushes that were not in the original!)
- My my real name if the site IS business related.
- A link to my my homepage (www.10stock.com)

All of this should be present visibly on the same page.

Sites like Rapidshare or Megaupload almost always violates the terms of usage, therefore i don't forbid but i request that you do not use such things to host my files.

To use commercially / Print Submission Policy
Using my brushes commercially would be considered as an Advertisement for a profit-based organization.

To be able to do this, you must email me/note me this information before the commercial item in question is used:
- What it is you're using it for.
- The brush set used.
- Where i can find the commercial item.

In addition, you must also put VISIBLE CREDIT either on the commercial item itself, or on the same page. Credit can be qualified as one or more of four things:

- My real first and last name.
- My website url.
- The brush set that was used.
